The climate change team at Northumberland County Council would like to invite you to their public event at The Maltings in Berwick on Wednesday 14th June 2023.
The event will be held between 5:45pm and 7:30pm and is an opportunity for you to play a key role in the Council's next Climate Change Action Plan and a chance for you to have your say about making Northumberland carbon neutral by 2030.
It will begin with refreshments and welcome from the Council Leader and Cabinet Member for climate change, Glen Sanderson. This will be followed by a short presentation from the climate change team about the situation in Northumberland.
There will then be three separate breakout discussions which will include:
Renewables, energy efficiency and fuel poverty
Reducing transport emissions
Natural resources and land management
Attendees can choose which discussion they would like to take part in on the day.
