Action Group brings algae monitoring talk to local school
Greener Berwick member Elaine recently visited Prior Park Primary School in Tweedmouth, to give a talk on the algae monitoring that the Tweed Estuary Pollution Action Group do, to include why they do it, the methodology they use and what happens to the results.
This was followed by a Q&A session, led by the teacher.

In addition, fellow Action Group member Jane followed up with an art project based on the same theme at a later date.
The feedback from the school was positive, and this is something that we are intending to offer to other schools in the forthcoming year.
